Hello! Thanks for clicking and (maybe) helping a girl out :<
I'm a 21 year old Vietnamese international student to be, yes, an Asian one but not even close to 'crazy rich', unfortunately. I've always dreamed of studying in NYC, and I'm having difficulty in choosing a (few) schools to apply to.
I've had Baruch (Zicklin) on top of my list for quite some time now but the program I want to get in, Business Analytics, requires a few college-level credits on the subjects I've never had the chance to take in my undergraduate studies. Hence, I'm left with the Statistics program from Zicklin and I'm too emotionally attached to 'Business Analytics' major. I can, as a second option, apply for the program in Katz school.
Which is better valued in NYC job market?
Being aware of the high living costs in the city, I intend to have back-up schools near by NYC that have just as good quality. I'm eyeing Fairfield University, is it a good school and does it appeal well to NYC employers in this field?
Any advice is much appreciated! It's easy to get completely lost in an ocean of information online *sigh*
