Reagrding 0 being an even integer, according to the official guide, Quantitative Review, 2nd Edition, the Integer 0 is neither positive nor negative!

Yes,

I'm pretty sure that an odd number minus an odd number will always be even. But, please prove me wrong! :)

Yes,

23 - 13 = 10
Answer: 10 is even
23 is odd
13 is odd.
