Hey guys!
First of all, I wanted to thank all the contributors as this site has proven to be a great help for me.
My profile:
GMAT 710 (Q45 V42)
GPA 4.3/5 from a polish uni; BSc in Finance & Accounting
Diploma grade: 5/5
Semester abroad in Lisbon, Portugal
IELTS 8.0
Work experience 7 months consulting project with BCG
Coordinated Project Management conference in 2016 with uni society (konferencjapm.pl - site only in Polish)
Member of the competing team @ Enactus National Competition
I do not have the clearest of career goals (eg. not so sure about selling my soul to an IB) however, I'm really passionate about FinTech.
The schools I am considering as for now:
Stockholm School of Economics
Bocconi
St. Gallen
Rotterdam School of Management
Copenhagen Business School
I am hesitant about applying to the likes of LBS, LSE or HEC Paris because of the tuition+living costs.
What are the odds of getting to said schools with my profile and which one would be the best fit? I would be very thankful if you can share your thoughts on that and aid my decision.

You have an impressive profile. Here are some pointers about the same :
Your GPA and GMAT is pretty good. Having a background in finance also helps.
Schools value a global mindset, so your international experience is an asset. Make sure that you highlight your key learnings from the experience.
As far as your work-experience goes, BCG is a huge brand and that will definitely add more value to your profile.
You can work on improving your extra-curriculars. Schools place a lot of emphasis on initiatives like publishing papers, participating in competitions, social volunteering, etc.and these could be a great asset to your application.
All schools, especially LBS, HEC and St.Gallen require a very clear understanding of your long term & short-term goals.
Since you do not have a lot of clarity on it as of now, spend some time in doing a thorough research to and get a clear picture regarding your goals and motivations.
As far as your target schools are concerned, LBS, HEC and St.Gallen are highly selective and can be categorized under your dream schools.
The rest are within reach. A lot depends upon how you present your application and how well you are able to showcase your reasons for wanting to join a particular program.
