Answer is D,

As both the statements are sufficient individually
option 1-----> Faculty(F)=Non Master's Degree(NMD) + Master's degree (MD)
90=1/5MD+MD
MD = 75
Option 2-----> MD=NMD+60
F=MD + NMD
90= MD + MD -60
150=2MD
MD= 75
