Out of 10 PTA members we need to select 4. This can be done in 10C4 or \(\frac{10!}{6!*4!} = \frac{7*8*9*10}{2*3*4} = 210\) ways.
Now we need to go ahead and select a president which can be done in 4 ways ( from among the four members).
So numbers of committees is 210*4 = 840.
Hence Option (C) is our choice.
