Ratio is migrating males to females is 1 to 4.

Now, the ratio of the male migration rate to the female migration rate is something like 2 to 1.375 ??

7/12

male goose migrating rate = # migrating males / all males
female goose migrating rate = # migrating females / all females

so male migrating rate / female migrating rate = (1/30) / (4/70) = 7/12
