$$\frac{50.2*0.49}{199.8}\approx{\frac{50*0.5}{200}}=\frac{25}{200}=\frac{1}{8}.$$

$$=\frac{50.2*0.49}{199.8}=\frac{(50)(50)x10^{-2}}{200}=\frac{2500*10^{-2}}{200}=125*10^{-3}=\frac{125}{1000}=\frac{1}{8}$$
