We are concerned about the stats of a single University in question not across the nation.(they might have a different filtering process)
B. Expressing the difference between the number of students admitted from public schools and the number of students admitted from private schools as a percentage of the total number of students admitted.
This can be easily done from the data given, it won't help us determine anything which has not already been stated or given.
C. Separating admissions influenced by family donations to the university from other admissions.
Irrelevant

Correct. This will definitely clear the air of confusion and doubt.
