This is indeed, very sad news. Along with the recent Myanmar cyclone, the count of victims of the natural disasters in Asia is so high, that mind cannot fully grasp the scale of the tragedy.

Let their souls rest in peace.

yes, all these things seem to happen all at once (Myanmar cycline, India blasts, earthquakes). It definitely makes me very thankful of what I have already and puts a lot of things in perspective.

You said it. Like someone wise one said, "We don't know the value of what we have until we have lost it" (or something to that effect)

I just can't believe that bad things do happen all at once. My deepest condolences to those affected.

yeah that pretty much ruined my day ... the blast locations are about 3-4 KMs from our houses in Jaipur. Luckily all extended family is safe however this is a sombre day for Jaipur and another one in the catalog for India.

I hope the perpetrators are found and dealt with quickly.

Ya. This news along with the news of the Jaipur blasts makes for a pretty miserable day.

kry, glad to know you are safe.

Breaks my heart. It's all awful, although the situation in Myanmar seems especially desperate. And seeing the pictures of the parents weeping over their children's bodies in China...many, many people for whom to offer up prayers over the coming weeks...
