Hi scengg,
The Official CATs/mocks are only available online (in the past, you used to download a file with the 2 free CATs and some practice questions, but that's no longer offered at
www.mba.com). Since each CAT (the Official ones and the 3rd-party CATs) each have a limited pool of questions, you should plan to take each CAT just once (so that you avoid seeing any 'repeat' questions that you already know the answers to).
Many GMATers spend 3 months (or more) of consistent study time before they hit their 'peak' scores, so if you are going to limit your studies to just 1 month, then there will likely be a limit to how much you can improve in that time. If you ultimately "need" a 620 (or higher) to get into your first-choice Program, then THAT Score Goal has to come first - and you might need to consider adjusting your timeline to achieve that Goal.
Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How long have you studied so far? How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials do you currently have access to?
3) On what date did you take your 1st CAT/mock and what were the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores?
Goals:
4) Is your overall goal score 620 or something else?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
