GMATPrep (assuming you score high on it) will give you some more official hard level questions from the makers of the GMAT once you've worn out OG11. I had 90% or greater accuracy on OG questions (I used OG11 and the supplements) leading up to my test date but I definitely had trouble with some of the questions at the end of OG11. Often I was able to get the question right but it took way longer than 2 minutes. Also, don't neglect medium level questions during your study. Remember, if you don't do well on the medium Q's at the begining of the test you'll never even see the hard one's!

As far as whether OG helps with your score the answer is DEFINITELY, ABSOLUTELY and YES. OG and GMATPrep are the most important things you can study. No matter how good the test prep companies are they will never be able to make Q's as close to the official ones as the people that actually make the test.

Oh, I just noticed that you asked whether or not we scored above the 90th percentile. Yes I did.
