Hi, I purchase the physical copy of the official guide bundle, while activating the scratch code for online access it’s showing some error. Where to reach out?

That's surprising. Usually these work. There are 2 possible solutions/options:
1. GMAC has many sites and pages that have many codes - make sure you are on the right site. Sometimes it is harder than it sounds. It blows my mind they don't have a URL for it. Here is the one I use: https://gmatofficialpractice.mba.com/
2. I would try again. Let me know which book you are trying to activate. I can also try one of mine to activate and see if it works.

Hello, thanks for sharing this. I am also using the same site and was able to redeem code for 3 out of 4 books. The only book left is additional questions for Quants.
