The diagnostic tests are a great place to measure your strengths and weaknesses, however, be wary of trying to make a direct correlation between the results and potential scoring on the exam (mores, if you didn't time the diagnostic).

They should help you gauge what areas demand your attention as you work to formulate a study plan.
