Generally, when people consider their performance on practice tests, they consider the following.
- What types of questions did you not answer correctly?
- What types of questions took you a long time to answer?
- Why did you miss questions? Knowledge gaps? Skill gaps? Careless errors?
- If you had knowledge or skill gaps, what did they seem to be?
- Did any particular topics have a significant negative affect on your performance?
- What types of questions were you most comfortable answering?
- What types of questions were you least comfortable answering?
- Did you feel that you "got lucky" in answering any of the questions you got correct? If so, which ones?
- How was your timing for each section? Did you finish early? Did you guess on some questions at the end?
- Would guessing on a few questions that you were having trouble answering have resulted in your scoring higher?
- To what degree did nerves, anxiety, or psychology affect your performance?
- What do you have to do to go from what you scored on this test to your score goal?
