My official score report, which just released, says that in the Test Information section, where it's supposed to show scores.

What should I do about this?

Huh. Hopefully it is just a glitch (there have been a lot of glitches but most of these have been on the GMAT Prep side, not the actual GMAT).

I would suggest calling. Email support has been quite slow unfortunately. Moreover, the US has a long weekend - Labor Day which means gmac offices in the US are closed till Tue.

PS. I don’t think this means there is an issue with your score. Just the report generation seems to be off.

I filled out a query form on the site, they seem to have fixed it now. Displays all my scores. Thanks :)

I am getting the same error.
I have written to them via the 'contact us' page.

Hoping for it to get fixed ASAP.

I'm having the same issue. Did customer service provide any useful information for how to get this resolved?

How long has it been that way? Let the customer service people know, and they should be able to fix anything that needs fixing.

It lasted for a day. I was able to see my scores this morning. I guess this is a somewhat common thing and you just need to wait until you get an email saying your scores are available. mba.com showed my Official Score Report was available about 24 hours before I got my email. So during those 24 hours, all I could see in my Official Score Report was "No data met your selection criteria".
