OFFICIAL PC CRASH --> HELP ME PLEASE Last Questions unanswered

Hello everybody
I am super nervous because I have just finished my official exam. Apparently I am the unluckiest ever since none worldwide has had the same problem during the test. I took 480 (35 quant, 21 verbal), but what happened is incredible. Having completed the quant part, I was finishing the Verbal one with only 3 questions to be completed and 5 minutes left on the clock. SUDDENLY the computer freezes, stops working, so I can't choose an answer, but the clock continues running. I raised my hand to call the Administrator of the test center, as he is supposed to keep an eye on the screen of the videosurveillance, but he ignored me unexpectedly. I didn't move as I didn't want to invalidate the test, but the time ended with the last 3 question ananswered. After the verbal part, I took advantage of the 8mins break to run to the Administrator and he came back with me to check that the pc had problems. He said that he was distracted and didn't see me waiving my hands for 5 mins.
In conclusion, I deceded to keep the test result as a proof. Schools will receive my ridicolous score but anyway... I'll cancel it paying the fee maybe once ths nightmare will end. The test center Administrator has sent a report (object: Admin mistake) to the GMAC describing what happened and asking for a adjustment of the score or a chance to resit for the test as soon as possible.
Could you please answer to these questions?
1 how badly do the last two ununswered questions may have affected my score (=what could have been the score considering them answered even if not correct?)
2 what can I do more than what I have already done?
I am a bit depressed, application deadline are very close and I probably won't be able to improve my actual level nor retake another exam (16 days between must pass).
