Use of FROM is idiomatically incorrect. Hence Incorrect
b. friction is created in train stations when
CORRECT
c. friction is created in train stations, and when
Use of AND is incorrect
d. friction, created in train stations when
Use of Comma leads to a Fragmented sentence. Hence Incorrect
e. friction, created in train stations from
Use of Comma leads to a Fragmented sentence. Moreover, use of FROM is idiomatically incorrect. Hence Incorrect
