i. I am practicing from OG 2020 now and considering starting OG 13th edition after finishing OG 2020. Are the 13th edition questions still relevant for GMAT 2020 ? To what extent do the questions, concepts, techniques differ from OG20 ? Also, should I get OG 2021 set ?
ii. I have covered Quant concepts from Veritas & Verbal from Manhattan. My Quant score is still in the 44-46 range
while my target is 49. I am practicing from OG 2020 sets now. Any other suggested content & practice materials for drastic development ? I don't get a lot of time to study due to full-time stressful job, only 7-8 hrs/week. Plan to take the test in last week of Dec 20.

Hi RafZaf,
If you have gotten 'stuck' at a particular 'Score level', then continuing to work through 100s of practice questions in the same ways that you did before might not lead to a significant improvement (especially if you have developed any 'bad habits' that you are not directly working to fix).
The GMAT2021 is almost identical to the GMAT2020, so there's not much benefit to working through both of those books. However, with each prior version of the OG, approximately 10% - 15% of the questions were swapped-out. By extension, an older book (such as the OG13) would likely include 100s of questions that you have not seen before. If you were looking for a bunch of 'new' Official questions to work through, then purchasing that book would be a reasonable idea. Again though - if your goal is to score significantly higher than you are currently scoring, then your focus has to be on learning and practicing the proper Tactics.
Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How long have you studied in total? What study routine do you typically follow each week?
2) On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
3) What is your overall goal score?
4) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?

Thank you for your detailed response, Rich. Additional info below:
Studies
1. I have been studying on-and-off for almost 3 months now. Unfortunately due to excessive work pressure, haven't been able to focus and assign a lot of time, only studied c. 4-6 hrs/week. Increased to 10-12 hrs/week this week and plan to continue the routine.
2. In my previous CATs (attempted 3 in 3 months), my total scores were 580,600,640. Quant 42-46, Verbal 30-32.
Goals
1. Overall target score 690-710
2. Planning to catch 2022 session, ie, apply 2021. Target schools: Roman, Ivey, Sculich in Canada. Duke, McDonough, Rochester in the US.
Background: corporate banking professional with 5+ years experience, BBA from premier business school locally. ECA-global business competitions during university years, time to time voluntary teaching.
