Does anyone know whether the questions in the OG and the ones in the practice tests available on mba.com overlap ?

which questions? if you are talking about the questions sets (paper versions) that are available for sale, they are not. these question sets are very useful gmat materials. good to go theough them.

I'm taking about the 2 practice tests that are available on the pearson software and are available for download on mba.com. Do the questions in these practice tests overlap with the ones in the OG ?

As per OG, the questions overlap with the tests on the site till Jan, but the tests available after Jan should have no overlap with the Sample Questions in OG

The OG (all editions) were compiled and published by ETS, which as of 1/1/2006 is extinct (at least for the GMAT). As far as I know, the GMATPrep questions are unique.

By the way, does anybody know if Pearsons is planning to develope their own Official Guide?
