While some academicians believe that the business ethics should be integrated into every business course, other sat that students will take ethics seriously only if it would be taught as a separate required course.

separately required course changes the meaning so as to indicate that business ethics is already a required course. Also separate should be an adjective and not an adverb as it appears to be in separately required.

Here then ---> will take
Hence....If --> present tense i.e is taught
