If you meant the difference between OG10 and OG11 then based on my sources of information (I am using OG11....have never seen OG10), OG10 has many questions from GMATPrep. However, OG11 does not have those questions.

I guess it is advisable to do OG11 rather than OG10 as it has questions that were retired recently.

Can you re-phrase your question?

If you want to know diff. between 10g and 11g then 10g has more que but poor explanation. 11g has better explanation. 11g is last release so you can say it has the latest pattern test makers want test takers to follow.
