I suggest you save your money and work on the OG10th if you feel that you're still not fully prepared after working through the OG11th. All you need to do is to skip the questions that you've already seen in the 11th Ed.

The only thing different about the new OG Verbal Review is that it promises better explanation. I'm not sure how true that is, but there are people who swear the solutions are better and more comprehensive.

However, if you have worked through the 11th Ed, what you are looking for would be just more practice and not really into the solutions. That should have been taken care of when you worked on the 11th ed.
