Although wind, solar, biofuels and nuclear sources all compete with fossil fuels as primary sources of energy, their contribution to the world’s total energy demand is limited because they are more expensive than fossil fuels and in the case of nuclear, limited by waste and disposal concerns. While we recognize the risks of climate change, we also conclude that the world will continue to demand fossil fuels for a majority of its primary energy supplies for many decades to come.

Cx - will continue to demand fossil fuels
Px - Others are expensive and some are limited by waste and disposal
Ax - Others are expensive and some are limited by waste and disposal are the only factor that will keep the demand of Fossil fuel

strengthen the conclusion -
A. The risks of climate change will not force the governments across the world to levy heavy penalties on the use of fossil fuels. - among all other; the best option
B. The costs of disposing nuclear waste have not declined significantly in the last year. - Irrelevant - Rejected
C. In the last year, the combined contribution of wind, solar, biofuels and nuclear sources to the total energy requirement in the world was less than that of the fossil fuels. -> Already mentioned in the argument - Rejected
D. Many high ranking government officials are shareholders in the oil marketing companies -> un-ethical
E. World’s total energy requirements are going to increase slowly but steadily over the next few decades -> not related to fossil fuel

Hi Bunuel, how hard is this question?

If I get all questions, as hard as this one, right, would I score a Verbal >44?
