C. Only gives us that the old vaccine still containes the virus. However, it is not helpful in strengthening the argument since this fact does not establish a connection between vaccine and the SV40 in mesothelioma tissues.
E. Gives indirect evidence that the vaccine with SV40 might be the cause of cancer:
No bad vaccine in country -> no SV40 in mesothelioma tissues
While from the argument we have
Bad vaccine in country -> SV40 in mesothelioma tissues.
What is the OA?
