Guys,

I took GMAT a couple of years back and when I received a copy of my score today, my scores were changed! they were all down by 2-3%... is this normal?

I called mba.com and they said that they generate reports based on the current pool that is taking the exam, so, your report got updated ....thats bizarre!!

can someone confirm....

This is typical, as the % are a moving target as more people take the test.

The same thing happened to me. You can report either percentile on your app and its fine. I reported the old, higher percentiles :)
