Statement 1 Alone:

March: Number: 5000, length: 15mins -> Total: 15*5000
Question: April: Number = ?
1. Total april = 80% * total March = 80%*15*5000 -> Don't know the number of april
2. April length = 20 mins -> no idea about the number of april
3. Both 1 and 2: Number of April = total April / length April = 80%*15*5000/20
