We can solve this question by taking a small subset say of 5 people
The first person will send the card to 4 people (except the persom themselves)
This will continue for all the 5 people
so the number of cards sent will be 5*4=20

now lets, convert this information into a variable type .Let the number of people be n . So each of the n people will send the card to n-1 people .
Total number of items sent n(n-1)=600


Now, we need a 0 in the end.
Only possible with option c and d .

ON FURTHER CALCULATION
25*24

AND 30*29
WE REALISE THAT OPTION C IS THE RIGHT ANSWER
