Option A is wrong because here which is referring to medical imaging instead of informative program.
as per the context of the sentence, it is informative program would have found interesting not medical imaging is interesting.
Also there is no referent for pronoun they.
Option B is wrong - same reason as above.
Option C is wrong- no referent for they & also comma should not be used before that unless the before sentence is a modifier.
Option D wrong - comma used before that
Option E - Correct

there are three errors in the given sentence
1. they is used as pronoun to refer channel
2. which refers to medial imaging instead of program
3. new placed before innovation is redundant since innovation itself produces a new product.

Given sentence A is thus incorrect for above reasons.

B is incorrect choice for 1 & 2 errors as above.

In option C,
a. that is used to refer medial imaging instead of program
b. repeats 1 & 2 errors as above.

new and that errors from above options repeat in D as well.

so E is the correct answer.

Options-A, B, C have "they" as hanging -it is not clear to whom it is pointing, hence out.
D, E remains
In D- "that you would have found interesting.." seems to be modifying "imaging" in previous phrase- hence D is out
In E- program is used in clear terms conveying correct meaning, hence E
