Reached destination at 11:04

Spent Time in excess =
Claire spent 10 minutes in her car,
11 minutes at the drugstore and
another 11 minutes talking on her cell phone
Total = 11+11+10 = 32 minutes.

32minutes back in time.
11:04-32 minutes = 10:32

Answer is B

Time of departure =11:04 am arrival time - 11 minutes on phone - 11 minutes at drugstore - 10 minutes in car = 10:32 am
