P(No Picnic| Rain) = .4*.9
Hence P(Picnic| Rain) = .4*.1
Also P(Picnic| No rain) = .6 * .95
Hence P(rain) = P(Picnic| Rain) + P(Picnic| No rain)
= (.4*.1) + (.6 *.95)
= .61
