One-third of the students are female, and one-fifth of the students drink dark beer. If 10 of the students are male and drink dark beer, how many female students drink light beer?

One-third of the students are female = 40 So Male is 80
one-fifth of the students drink dark beer = 24
If 10 of the students are male and drink dark beer
female students drink Dark beer = 14
female students drink light beer = 40 - 14 = 26
Hence B
Another Solution
Logically, We have 40 Female and female students drink light beer cannot be more than 40, hence eliminate C, D & E.
We are left with A & B. female students drink light beer will be 40 - 14 = 26 Hence B
