Lots of ways to tackle this.
25% of 180 = 45

1/3 of 45 = 15
So, 1/3 less than 45 is equal to 45 - 15 = 30
Answer: B

Solution:

One-third less than 25% of 180 is

2/3 * 1/4 * 180 = 360/12 = 30

Alternate Solution:

First, calculate 25% of 180, which is 0.25 x 180 = 45.

Now, calculate ⅓ of 45 and subtract that value from 45. So we have ⅓ x 45 = 15, and 45 - 15 = 30.

Answer: B
