Total contestants won = 30
and $$1/20$$ of total entries.
Let the total entries be x
So $$1/20*x$$= 30
so x=600

Ya i think i missed the last part of the question.
How many did not win.
Answer should be 600-30 =570 = D
I do that silly mistake of misreading the question
