Since you have only 1 week time, I suggest you to take randomly select 37 question numbers on paper daily. You can use randomizer (will get various online) or can get random number in excel..

Sit for full 75 minutes daily and solve the 37 questions as you are taking. exam.. try to maximize your score. Try to complete all questions in the designated time and get atleast 75% accuracy (which you solved.) Also put guessed choices for the questions you were not able to solve.
After taking the test analyse why u were not able to solve the problem..
Also how much of your properly guessed choices worked and why..

It will help you to improve your speed as well as accuracy ... All the best for your test ...

So basically I need to do test simulation as much as I can?
Which of the material do you think is better for me to cover?

You should probably stick to official material this close to the exam.

Since, in my opinion, one week is very little time to gain new knowledge on how to solve "new" problems within 2 minutes or less, I would advise you to focus on improving your time management skills and accuracy. You can do this by taking Practice tests within real-test time-limits so you learn to quickly and naturally ignore those questions that are going to mess up your timing and thus your score. You should also do as many problems in the OG as you can, and practice those problems that you get wrong until you get them right within 2 minutes. At this point, every time you work on a GMAT related problem or Practice test, visualize yourself as if you were on the Test Center taking the real GMAT. Very Important: do not over-exhaust yourself; like I said before, learning new tricks at this point is hard so focus more on preparing yourself to use the knowledge that you already have gained to perform the best you can while taking the real GMAT.
