I would definitely recommend a two year program if you are looking to make a career change, regardless of your current age. Also, depending on how much experience you have, you might want to look into an executive MBA program and if that would make more sense for your situation. If you are much older than your classmates in a full time two year program, you might not be able to form a very strong network. While at the executive mba program you might be in the perfect group of peers. Good luck!
