I'm filling in an online application for an wharton FT MBA program and have the following questions. I'll appreciate informed opinions about the following.
- I can't cut down my resume to 1-page without losing impact (due to longer work experience than average). Even though the app says "one page only", I'll have to take a chance with 1.5 page (can't compress 10 years of workex and 2 degrees in 1 page). How much will it hurt me? I assume 10-pt Times font is too small.
- The app asks "How many times have you taken the GMAT test?" which I answer as 2. I took GRE twice. The app has space for reporting 2 GRE scores.
Can one only report the better (also latest) GRE score and omit the lower one?
- Does checking box for Wharton MBA for Executives Program affect FT MBA decision even though app says it wouldn't?

I think you should cut your resume down to one page, as per the instructions. I had to cut out some roles and responsibilities, as well as a lot of my extra-curriculars, to fit all my resume on to one page.
You don't want to come across as someone who won't follow instructions, especially if the application specifically says "one page only". You would be okay with 1.5 pages if the application says "1-2 pages" (like HBS).
You might be able to re-write your work experience this way:
Company A, Role, Location
* achievement
* achievement
Company B, Role, Location
* achievement
* achievement
Company C, Role, Location
* achievement
Company D, Role, Location
Company E, Role, Location
Company F, Role Location
Re font, Wharton might have guidelines, but I used 10-pt Times New Roman, single spacing on my resume, and it reads okay both on paper and on iPads.
