I recently tried to register the Online Companion section for my copy of the Kaplan GMAT Premier 2012 yesterday. However, anytime I tried to register, i.e. after entering my serial number, my screen browser freezes (I use Mozilla Firefox). I have tried this for more than 3 times to no avail. Could someone from Kaplan please help?

Sorry for the inconvenience--sounds frustrating! Unfortunately, there isn't much that I can do personally, since it is a technical issue. Have you called 1-800-KAP-TEST for technical support? Give them a ring, and PM me if you end up needing any more help.
