My online gmat got paused today during the 9th question the proctor asked to reschedule and im absolutely unable to reach out GMAC India's no as it says office is closed. I really need to reschedule it at the earliest, since i had already cleared my work schedule for 15 days, and today is the last day, and monday onwards I will be super engrossed in work.
Now my question is i did the system check atleast 50 times and proceeded with the test,ānd then this happened as proctor said it might be due to bad internet connectivity.
Now examity chat box is telling me to schedule new appointment whereas my proctor specifically asked me to reschedule the test in 3 hours time.
I have written to support examity and also mba. com customer care and also gmac customer care. Till now no response.
Its getting hard to keep calm . any word of advice would be really helpful

Hi. Sorry about the experience. 😢
It sounds like the issue was on their side….
For the next steps, they are supposed to issue you a voucher that you can then use to schedule your test.
I hope you hear soon… keep bugging them I guess 😬
