my friend took online gmat and got his score after a few days. 2 days later, they revoked the score citing a violation which is absolutely false and could be cleared up easily by reviewing test video. But he is unable to get in touch with test security team. Every customer care assistant says they are not responsible, have to call someone else. He invested a lot of time and efforts into this and is really anxious right now. Does anyone know how he can get in touch with the test security team through call

Contacting GMAC's customer care and contacting the respective authority per the instruction of customer care should be the option now.

It would be difficult to comment on whether your friend attempt was legit or not , I would advise that your friend should now focus on giving a re attempt than challenging the flagged attempt , it highly unlikely that decision would be changed by gmac..

Hello, n77. I agree that there is little to do other than to wait and perhaps, once enough time has passed for a proper review to have been conducted, petition GMAC™. I recall having read this recent thread in which someone said that her exam went from being flagged to being listed as a violation on her profile. She contacted GMAC™ customer care, and shortly thereafter, the status of her exam went back to being flagged for administrative review. The same thing could be happening here. If, after a week or so, the status of the exam has not been updated, it might be a good idea to get in touch with GMAC™ again to request that a review be conducted. At worst, your friend may have to sit for the exam again.
