Scheduling another appointment might be a premature move at this point (since we don't know how you scored) - and the results from the internal investigation into your situation could dictate when you're allowed to schedule your next At-home GMAT (and whether you'd be able to retest for free or not). Of course, none of this impacts your options in terms of scheduling the GMAT at a Test Center, so if you'd rather not wait to hear back, then you could potentially take the GMAT on-site tomorrow (assuming a spot was available).
