well it always the other way around as in why MBA , what are your post MBA goals , where do you want to work country / industry post MBA..
basis on these filter out schools matching your criteria and then check avg gmat score required..
with your score of 650 it can be difficult to get admitted in T 20 B school , nevertheless its not impossible in case you have an exceptional profile.... my suggestion would be to target gmat >720 to get a fair chance of interview invite of top 20 B schools... all the best...

Your test score is only one factor. There are several answers to this question. The answer to 'what kinds of colleges' is very dependent on what exactly you'd like to do. Do you want to get a Masters degree in Software development or do you want to transition to another field? If you want to further hone your Software Dev skills, an M.Sc might be considered.
