The recommendations don't tend to change too much year to year, but hopefully you are accomplishing more every year so theoretically there should be things to add from your recommenders. Most schools will probably make you restart the application also they tend to make tweaks here and there especially to the essay questions so it may an entirely different system and questions so you will most likely have to suck it up and just start from scratch.

Hi,
Hi demonbt0789 I would focus on a fresh start for a new year- you should have new experience and maturity to add. If there is a particular school where you want to look at what you had submitted you may be able to get the school to help you if you contact them directly.
I originally planned to apply to Business School in 2016 but it did not work out fully. I did get two recommendations and wrote some of the essays. Essays are on me, but I want to be able to leverage the recommendations and some of the short answers I typed up in the Business School systems.

Issues are that it now seems that I am not able to access the 2016 applications given that I did not submit it. Also want to minimize the amount of work for my recommenders, so any advice on that front will be helpful as well.

Any recommendations on next steps?
