Hi All, Just hoping to get some opinions. I am applying for the MSF program for Fall 2015. Vanderbilt is by far my first choice.
Public Relations Undergrad from University of Texas GPA: 3.81 GMAT (taken while sick ) : 660, 43 Quant, 38 Verbal, 6 IR
I'm currently on track to graduate with honors or high honors. I plan on doing a campus visit with hopefully an interview. Also, for the essays I'm not sure if I should include that I was sick during the GMAT because I had previously scored a a 690 on the GMATPrep practice test, and I lost track of time and had to guess on the last 7 questions in quant, so I know I could've done better.
Chances I get in?

You've got plenty of time to do a retake! Considering your testing circumstances, I would think a retake couldn't hurt.
That said, even with a 660, your undergrad performance would probably still give you a good shot assuming the rest of your app looks solid. I wouldn't mention you being sick during the GMAT in an app essay - the admissions team might just wonder why you didn't sign up and take it again. Everyone understands that **** happens but the only way to prove it was a fluke is to go and crush it on another attempt!
