Sorry I've just come back from holiday so I couldn't post my results sooner.

I'll try again for the next year.

Mujimania - sorry to hear :( Wish you luck for the next year - and see you in our 2010 thread!

Bolso - congrats! I'm planning to arrive a week before the classes start: I've just got my visa :) Which college will you be at, if not a secret?

greenoak..... congrats on your visa!

Regarding the college, not secret at all, I will be at Linacre. Which suit me particularly well, since I will move with my wife and Linacre is a very family friendly college. I'm now in the process of finding private accommodation.... a very difficult task so far.

It would be great if all gmatclubbers going to Oxford could meet up before the induction. What do you guys think?
Cheers!

Hi Bolso,

great idea. I am getting to Oxford on the 20th...sometime after that would be great. I think most GC'ers will get into town around that time.

This question is for 2009 admits/applicants. Do you know if Oxford and Cambridge announce their results before/after the decision date of a particular round. Do they normally stick with that date or is it more likely that it will cross that date.

Oxbridge is my top choice, and I am not sure if I should apply for a couple of other schools to R1/R2 which have an earlier R1 deadline date and a strict deposit date!!

Hi Humblewinner,

Oxford and Cambridge are very different when it comes to this. Oxford releases interview announcements and final decisions on the published date. Cambridge however, is known to miss it's self imposed deadlines.
