I had mine on 2nd Nov
hyd. Pleasantries followed by barrage of questions.
Following ques were asked :
1. We know what's written on your application. Tell us something about yourself that we don't know .
I was stumped actually, since I didn't expect it to be the first question and my reply didn't take off well ...So first ques happened to be a bouncer
and a very shaky start.
2. You are doing well in your career, why do you want to make functional shift from role A to role B ?
3. You want to get into company X for role Y, why so ? what makes you so different for that role.
They wanted to test certain depths of knowledge and how deeply I understood that role.
4. what is your company strength, when was it founded, what's the revenue, growth rate, clients ?
5. what's your company's future strategy ? Does it sound to be a right move ?
6. what is this award you got in company Z. why did u get it ?
7. So you what is your role ? Do you code as well ?
8.What is your leadership style ? What books do you read for gaining leadership skills ?
9.Where is your current company and previous company located in ? what does your previous company do ? What are its services ?
10. Do you have any questions for us ?
To be honest, except the first question I was comfortable in answering rest of the questions. I dunno what to take out of it. I have 8+ yrs of experience and probably they wanted to make sure they evaluated me properly. My 2 cents ! Hope this helps other candidates . Good luck !
