Nice congrats to your bf. For what it's worth, I have a friend who just graduated from Booth class of 2016 and he told me that he received his invite to interview on February 14 (2014) which was a Friday. Sooo maybe there is still hope for tomorrow too if nothing else is sent out today.

Ya doesn't make sense for 3 people out of the dozens that look at GMAT club would be invited. There has to be another big round of invites go out before dings.

Just relax for now guys, there is nothing we can do. It is out of our hands. Here is the fact. 32% of Round 1 on GMAT Club got invites. As of right now about 10% of the GMAT Club has gotten an invite. Looking at the data there are many more invites to go.

Second point, Booth gives dings when they are done with invites. Until you start seeing dings on the club they are still sending invites.

Sleep easy.

I just got the invitation. I am based in UT and in Finance industry (both pre and post MBA). Good luck guys.

Did not receive an email, but checked the portal around 5pm EST and saw the link to schedule an interview. I have a feeling they will release a ton more tomorrow. Good luck everyone!!

I had a real problem, there are news about possible visa ban for 7 countries people that I am from one of them.
do you think it can affect my application?
I am really hopeless and shocked! after all I did for apply :((

I Shekhar,

I got early this morning Vietnam time via email. It just says my app status has changer and gives me a link to the portal. Then I see that I am invited to the interview.

I'm very happy because my stats are average (720, GPA 3.1, but I had 8 years experience and holding senior position at 28 years of age and I liked my ppt essay very much).

One of my friends received interview invite yesterday around 11.50PM IST. I have not received any invite yet, fair to assume I will not get any due to my subdued GMAT score.

If it helps anyone, I'm a round 1 applicant who went on to get waitlisted.

I got my invite on the very last day in the last working hour of the day.

The dates which they are meant to sent out the invites, I got it on the final day. i.e. if they say they will send out invites 1st Jan-8th Jan. I got it on 8th Jan (NOT ACTUAL DATES, PURELY HYPOTHETICAL)
