Rooting for you, at least officially the admissions committee states that they started this practice in order to include people that don’t come across well on paper. Rather than exclude people. So hopefully that might put your nerves at ease a little bit. If you remember any of the questions that would be awesome for you to post them. mo4mba2022

I see that KIRA did a scheduled maintenance but it should be back up now Were you able to finish the KIRA interview?

Applied on March 4th. Have to complete Kira tomorrow. How did you all feel preparing for Kira? Any advice?

Completed my application today, even though I wasn't expecting one of the questions asked in the video essays, I'm comfortable with all my answers and my essays and GMAT scores.

Let's hope for an interview right now, best of luck to everyone!!!

Those who are done with their KIRA interview, can you let us know the questions. I would like to compile all INSEAD KIRA interview questions into a separate topic

1. How will you gain the trust of your subordinates as a new manager?
2. What is your understanding of the INSEAD mba programme?
3. Tell us about a time when you interacted with someone who had a strong accent or didn't speak your language?
4. Tell us how networking helps in entrepreneurship?

So the questions I got were the following;

1. How can insead help you achieve your goals
2. A professional change that was tough for you
3. a time when your family or work adopted something from a culture
4. a time when you were criticized for some work you thought you had done well how did that make you feel?

I believe these are already there in the question bank you're maintaining as well, so that was very helpful thanks for that!

3) If someone was visiting your country for the first time, what advice would you give them?
4) How meaningful should your career be to be considered successful?

Just finished Kira. Thanks for all the tips shared here. Fingers crossed! These are tricky, really can't judge how you perform.
