Good to know! Dang.

I would suggest all of you apply sooner. I got to know that HEC Paris has deferred some of their Sept admitted candidates to the Jan intake and closed its Sept intake already because their Sept class is full.

Based on that experience, I think it is better to apply sooner in the application cycle :)

Rooting for you, at least officially the admissions committee states that they started this practice in order to include people that don’t come across well on paper. Rather than exclude people. So hopefully that might put your nerves at ease a little bit. If you remember any of the questions that would be awesome for you to post them. mo4mba2022

Guys how important are the video interviews? Any tips or advice? Having a tough time in the practice in gathering my thoughts and giving complete answers in a minute, as in i end up not completing what i'm saying in the time limit.. dont want to mess it up considering the amount of effort that has already gone into the other parts of the app

Completed my application today, even though I wasn't expecting one of the questions asked in the video essays, I'm comfortable with all my answers and my essays and GMAT scores.

Let's hope for an interview right now, best of luck to everyone!!!

Those who are done with their KIRA interview, can you let us know the questions. I would like to compile all INSEAD KIRA interview questions into a separate topic :)

1. How will you gain the trust of your subordinates as a new manager?
2. What is your understanding of the INSEAD mba programme?
3. Tell us about a time when you interacted with someone who had a strong accent or didn't speak your language?
4. Tell us how networking helps in entrepreneurship?

Thank you!! :blushing:
So the questions I got were the following;

1. How can insead help you achieve your goals
2. A professional change that was tough for you
3. a time when your family or work adopted something from a culture
4. a time when you were criticized for some work you thought you had done well how did that make you feel?

I believe these are already there in the question bank you're maintaining as well, so that was very helpful thanks for that!

1) What are the challenging goals you have set for yourself during your career?
2) If you were a CEO of the company, how would you improve people's lives?
3) If someone was visiting your country for the first time, what advice would you give them?
4) How meaningful should your career be to be considered successful?

Just finished Kira. Thanks for all the tips shared here. Fingers crossed! These are tricky, really can't judge how you perform.
