Thanks Mo,
mo4mba2022 I appreciate the feedback.
everyone keep in mind that everyone is facing the same circumstances. so yes, someone with 5 years in at Toastmasters who is great at extemporaneous speaking might fare better than you, but most will be like well that was a blur WTH happened there. Just prepare the best you can (see my blog), get it done, and then make peace with how it went.
Focus on the next project: maybe apply to R4 at LBS or IESE if you have time? IMD? Or Jan batch for HEC? Just immerse yourself in a new thing so you are not giving your energy away to fear and worry (which makes us feel like we are doing something, but does no good at all.)

Thank you!!
So the questions I got were the following;
1. How can insead help you achieve your goals
2. A professional change that was tough for you
3. a time when your family or work adopted something from a culture
4. a time when you were criticized for some work you thought you had done well how did that make you feel?
I believe these are already there in the question bank you're maintaining as well, so that was very helpful thanks for that!

Rooting for you, at least officially the admissions committee states that they started this practice in order to include people that don’t come across well on paper. Rather than exclude people. So hopefully that might put your nerves at ease a little bit. If you remember any of the questions that would be awesome for you to post them.
