DeGroote KIRA Interview questions

Kira has thousands of questions and there is no advantage to look for previous questions. Just be attentive and confident while answering anything they ask. Questions can be very random. Below are two I got :
If you have a chance to wake up anywhere you want one day, where would you?
If you were immortal, how old you would like to live.

Just completed Kira. Questions were simple, why do you want to go to DeGroote, talk about some projects you've led, community services you've been involved in, and challenges that arise when working in a team.

1. what were you are career aspiration and why DeGroote MBA.
2. What is your proudest accomplishment
3.Recent example where you had a conflict with another team while working on the project. How did you resolve it?
4. Activity you do while you are away from work. How do you choose your activity?

I had the same questions. Plus one written question-
If there are 4 emails and a client is standing near me, how would I deal with the issues and in which priority for a customer-centric role.

My written question is about "describe a situation you have to weigh risks over benefits".

The questions which are there on this forum were the exact ones that I got.
And make sure everyone is aware that why they want to do MBA from Degroote.
You will have 2 mins straight to speak.
One more thing. I guess scratch papers are not allowed only. I used for 1st question and then just used my memory to make notes.

Done with KIRA My questions were:
1. WHY degroot and what are your career aspirations
2. Proudest accomplishment
3. Conflict solved in a team project and how it impacted the success of the project
4. Communal activities participated of work
5. Written essay: How do you divide teams in a project and how does that impact success of the project

1. Why MBA/ Why Degroote/ career so far and your goals and how an MBA will help you
2. Situation based question where they give you an opportunity to talk about one or more leadership skills- (Failure/ not meeting a goal, greatest achievement, teamwork, a challenge, Problem-solving etc)
3. There will be one question based on your personal traits/ hobbies/ something interesting about you. The question I got was about work-life balance and how I unwind from work.
4. Written question - Sorry, I can't recall this question.

My KIRA assessment questions were -
1). Why MBA and why Degroote? What are your career aspirations?
2). Describe any community service activities that you have been part of?
3). Describe a challenging situation that you faced? How did you cope with it? and how would you do things differently?
There was one more question which I cannot recall. In addition, there was one written question as follows
How do you manage stress? Share with us your best practices for stress management?

1. First few questions were general: Why MBA, Tell us about yourself, favorite hobbies, etc.
2. Then some questions on behavior: Tell me about a time when you and another individual had to compromise to reach an agreement. How did you reach the agreement, Tell me about a time when you had to make a quick decision, etc
3. The interview ended with Who is your role model?

Below are the KIRA interview questions that I answered -
1. What are your career aspirations and how can the DeGroote program specifically help you reach your aspirations?
45s prep, 2 mins to answer
2. A Community activity, you did along with your colleague outside your workplace. What was the activity, what were your specific contributions, and what were the lessons learned?
45s prep, 2 minutes to answer
3. A goal you had to work towards. What were the steps involved, were you able to achieve the goal?
30s prep, 1m 30s to answer
4. A challenging situation in which you had to work with people of different [age, gender, ethnicity, etc.], explain, what measure did you take to resolve the situation? what was the end result?
30s prep, 1m 30s to answer
5. Written task was "How do you manage stress? give examples of your stress management methods"
8 minutes.
