Hey my admission officer is DC. Seems like she is the one for Indian applicants. Do you think it makes sense to email her and check on the interview decision status for Jan 2022 R1 intake? Also, does Insead typically wait till the deadline date of 9th April to roll out invites?

I don't have any undergrad quant background, and am not in an analytical role. My dad is a grad. I'm a Russian national, been in the US for 10 years and the UK for 3 prior to coming to the states.
I won't be retaking.

was waitlisted for sept 20 and eventually accepted, but had to decline due to unforeseen circumstances (non-COVID related). reapplied this time and got rejected, so I'm really really disappointed... can't do much about it so I'll just have to take it on the chin

Is it really that rough for Indian applicants? Looking at Clearadmit and other forums it seems the standards for certain territories is much higher than others
Also, how is region determined? By nationality or by the region you reside in and are applying from?
I think it’s the latter. I had a friend who was working in Canada and had enquired about from one of thr recruitment folks. They’d mentioned he’d be considered as Canadian
